I’m Jenny, and with my husband John we have a two year old little girl and a corgi, Clemmie, and we live on the edge of Shotley Bridge.
I’m a teacher and private tutor, John works in finance and we both work from home. We’re looking for someone fun, bright, and flexible to help us look after our daughter a few days a week, including bedtime, whilst I work with evening clients.
My Requirements
Depending on the day, possibly pick up from nursery one day a week in the Tyne Valley. General play activities at home for the afternoon - drawing/craft/ walks /reading etc. occasional trips out - soft play or similar. Preparation of supper, bath and bedtime routine. Ideally some light housekeeping such as dishwasher emptying, tidying toys, children’s washing etc.
Ideally we’d find someone who’s happy to do some occasional evenings, weekends and overnight care if we go away for a wedding or similar.
Must have DBS or be willing to get one, clean driving licence and own car.
