About Me
I’m a graduate looking for part time nannying/babysitting work until the end of September, when I start an MSc.
I love working with babies and children; I’ve worked for private families in the UK, France and Kenya, and volunteered at a children’s centre, Brownies and with different charities.
My Experience
Nanny experience
- I’ve worked as a nanny in the UK looking after children aged 3 months – 18 months on short term/casual bases.
- I worked as a part time nanny in France caring for a 5 year old and 8 month old.
- I looked after a two year old full-time, and a 6 year old part-time, in France.
Au pair experience
- I au paired for three months in Kenya, where I looked after three boys aged 7-11.
Volunteer experience
- I have long and short term volunteering experience with babies and children of all ages, including children aged 7-18 with disabilities and SEN.
My Qualifications
I’m a graduate starting an MSc in London in late September. I have prior work and voluntary experience with children. I had two DBS checks for voluntary roles in Reading last year. I took a paediatric first aid course roughly 12 years ago. I’m more than happy to have another DBS check and take another first aid course if required.
My Availability
I’m looking to work part-time, but am very flexible over when those hours are.
