We are looking for a warm, calm, patient, gentle, child-led Nanny . For our 29 month old toddler.
We are particularly looking for a nanny:
>that is happy and comfortable in nature. We prefer our daughter to get lots of outdoor time gathering things for her nature table and exploring.
>Is hands on with initiating self made activities including crafts, art.
>Is happy and comfortable with imaginative and free play.
>Is happy reading books, our daughter loves books, so trips the the local library would be good.
>Is happy to sing and play instruments with our daughter.
>That is confident cooking and preparing lunch.
>Is willing to clean up after our daughter.
>Is happy to be responsive, and child led.
It would be ideal, but not essential if the nanny had am interest or awareness of Pikler, Steiner, Forest and or Montessori approaches.
Our approach to parenting is responsive and gentle and we are still breastfeeding and our daughter has not been sleep trained.
We are looking for a nanny two morning a week on a Monday and weds, sometimes full days on Mondays ideally with other adhoc days and babysitting.
If you fit the criteria, please get in touch. Please note we would need see your qualifications or know about your training and will want to speak to families you have worked with before. You MUST also be OFSTED registered.
There will be a trial period to see if you are the right fit before a full contract is started.
