About Me
Hi, I'm a ofsted registered childcare practitioner who work with an assistant. Honest hard-working reliable, flexible, and friendly person. I offer full-time and part-time childcare for all ages of children. I provide different age-appropriate activities for the children to ensure that they cover all developmental areas of the early year's foundation stage. I keep busy with a variety of toys and daily plan activities for children indoors and outdoors, baking, sand play, water play, and encouraging them to have their own vegetable patch during the summer. I always strive to provide a safe welcoming and fun environment for children. I worked according to EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). I take children out for many activities like nature walks, libraries, children's centers, and parks. This I do for children’s physical development, communication, and for their social development. Also, I have separate facilities for children including a toilet for children, a spare room, a big garden, summer house for them to explore with to play, and learn.
The children are provided with a healthy and fresh home made breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks and I cater to a range of different dietary requirements. I have run daily record journal app to share with parents about their children's activities to monitor what they ate during the day, sleep records, and photos. This is only to view their own child's activities.
My Experience
I am a mother of two lovely sons and they are well-behaved. I have more than 15 years of experience in early years and I am specialist in SEND children working alongside with Brent Council. I have worked at nursery, crèche, brent children center's and also as a childminder.
My Qualifications
I'm a ofsted certified childminder and DBS certified, full driving license, own a car, have pediatric first aid, food and hygiene level 2, a certificate in working partnership with parents, safeguarding children in early years, NSPCC certified in child protection and the Level 3 award for early years SEN coordination

Jean is definitely someone’s sent from God to our family, it’s funny because I was preparing to right to you Jean on the Christmas card and tell you how special you are for me and my son, the way how he loves you give me so much peace. Jean was the first and only childminder I visited, since the day I went into her house I was never afraid to leave Samuel my son on her hands and her helpers, my son is a Velcro baby he was just turned 1 when he went to Jean. And the settle down time was inexplicable, how quickly it was, now my son kiss her when you got there in the morning, and hug, he runs into her house so happy. And these moments shows me more and more the best choice God gave me
Thank tou so much Jean for being this amazing person to us, this months with you changed so much our lives.

Jean responded to my advert on here at a time of desperate need. Having never used a childminder before, we were very apprehensive and anxious about the huge decision in putting our 18month old boy into childcare. Jean was fantastic in accommodating our needs and also reassuring us that there is a process and eventually our boy will settle. 6months later our boy is fully settled and really excelling in all areas. Jeans way of care is really second to none and we couldn’t be happier. Thankyou so much for all your efforts in going above and beyond for our little monster 🤣😍🙏🏽

My son has been attending Jean for a few months and is now preparing to transition to a school settle in a time where it was difficult to find someone to care for my son Jean was a saving grace. I have found her and her family to be polite and caring. Her place is clean and tidy. My son enjoys going there which gives me peace when I am at work.
Over time Jean was able to understand my child’s needs and began to plan activities /trips in the community to support, improve his learning and understanding.
I’ve never picked up my son and he is looking untidy or unkept or malnourished which is a big deal for me and I have never had a cause to be concerned.

My daughter started going to Jean and is very happy. Jean is a warm, kind and helpful person. My daughter loves going to her, Jean provides a day full of impressions and learning through play, allows children to discover their interests, my daughter loves baking classes 😘❤️

We have been with Jean for the past year but started when she was working alongside another childminder. When she left to start her own childminding provision, we absolutely had to go with her as the relationship that had formed with my little girl was invaluable.
Jean has been the most attentive, caring, kind, patient cared but also knowledgeable and adaptable in her approach to childcare and we are so happy to have her in our little girl’s life. She has had such a positive impact on her growth and development as well as her general happiness and well-being.
My little girl has a rare genetic condition which was diagnosed during the time she has been under Jean’s care and I could not be more grateful for how Jean has adapted her care, inquired about how to best support her development and kept her so safe and happy each day.
Her food is home-cooked, fresh and healthy and my little girl eats very well there. She tries new things (that she wouldn’t even try at home) and seems to be consuming a healthy amount.
She is always happy on drop off and collection which has been a huge help in the transition for me as a parent too.
The activities that she does are so varied, creative and educational and she is exposed to so many different things that help her learning. As a teacher, I am incredibly cynical and critical and I have nothing but positive things to say about Jean’s care. I highly recommend her, we will be with her for as long as possible and I am already securing a place for any future children!

Jean looks after my twins during holidays and she is wonderful. They are kept busy all day with a variety of activities and I get lots of photos of what they are doing. The boys are so happy going and they are asking when they can go to Jean's house again. Would recommend Jean to everyone.
