My Experience
One experience I have had is when I did work experience at a primary school as a teaching assistant. Another example is I was a Sunday school teacher assistant with my mom who was the teacher. Our church was quite small but there was many kids, even though im quite young, I was able to bring them work but however co operate fun ideas into them, as I would know what they would like.
