Hi, my name is Amelia and I’m a university student in edinburgh. I am confident, polite, and fun. I love kids! I’m thinking about becoming a teacher, but I’m currently studying sociology and politics. I have a younger sister and lots of wee cousins.
My Experience
I have babysat for my neighbours for a while which I loved! Although it can be tiring, it’s far more fulfilling than the retail work I have done. Also, in secondary school there was a nursery attached to the school that I volunteered in. We played with the children, helped with snack time, and made sure they were looked after and happy.
My Qualifications
I am yet to achieve any qualifications related to childcare but I am happy to get a recommendation from the last family I babysat for.
My Availability
I am definitely available every evening from 7, and can stay as late as needed. I’m also free all weekend.
