About Me
I am a married mother of two young children, I have worked in early years management for over 24 years. With consecutive Ofsted Outstanding inspections and many awards during the last 20 years. My ethos is to ensure every child in my care is treated with care & nurture in order to thrive. I enjoy being a part of each unique child's development.
I began work as a nursery practitioner over 26 years ago, going on to work for local authority then managing private day care settings. My last setting for the past 15 years, I went to lead an Outstanding nursery as a senior manager also managing 6 other nurseries during this time as an area manager.
I am a very patient person and love to see children having fun and learning through play. I am particular about cleanliness ensuring children can enjoy play but within a clean environment. I am outgoing, friendly, trustworthy and reliable and have references to view.
Having access to an exciting outdoor environment is a key part of my curriculum. Children will enjoy trips out in the local community, including the library, local farm forest school museums and parks.
My children are 5 and 7 years and attend our local school, Whitechapel C of E Primary. I have a wealth of experience from newborns to older children up to 8 years. I decided to become a childminder to enable me to spend more time in the home for my family of which I thoroughly enjoy.
My home & garden is set up for children and safety is paramount. The garden is full enclosed to ensure children are always safe. Resources are plentiful so children have a large choice to encourage curiosity through learning with new experiences.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.66 per hour
I offer 15/30 hours new funding from 9 month old
Daily rate £51.00 based on 7.30 am-4.30pm. Funding is then deducted
Half days 7.30-12.00 / 12.00-4.30 £34.00
Hourly rate £8.00 for ad hoc / additional hours private paid
ALL MEALS INCLUDED in full day fees
Before & after school drop off available inc breakfast & afternoon snack. Please ask for further details
