About Me
Hello! My name is Arundhati Rane (Aru). I am 18 and currently pursuing a BSc in Psychology at the University of Bath. I am Indian but have been living in Singapore for the past 5 years. I moved to the UK earlier this year. During my time in Singapore, I studied at an International boarding school. I got an incredible opportunity to live in a multicultural community which helped me develop a deeper intercultural understanding and partake in various cultural traditions. I am a very sociable and responsible person and I love interacting with new people. I enjoy cooking, baking and dancing in my free time! I am extremely fond of children and look forward to babysitting :)
My Experience
I have a handful of experience working with children. I have babysat children between the ages of 2-11 years old. Furthermore, I also have some experience working with children with special needs back in India and Singapore. I volunteered at the local centres and arranged loads of activities such as dance and music routines as well as arts and crafts-oriented activities. I also hold CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid training certifications (Adult and Child).
My Qualifications
I am currently pursuing a BSc in Psychology at the University of Bath. I have also completed my IGCSE and International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. Additionally, I also hold an AQA GCSE qualification in Dance and CAIE qualification in Music. I also hold the Grade 5 Rockschool Drums certification.
