About Me
I am experienced primary school teacher with 25 years classroom teaching experience across Early years, KS1 and KS2. I have considerable knowledge and experience of supporting children with SEN and SEMH difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Anxiety, Dyslexia and Attachment issues.
I have a patient, warm nature and create a calm, nurturing, learning environment for your child to enable them to learn at their own pace. There is no pressure, just lots of encouragement!
I offer tuition in English (Reading, Writing, Handwriting, Grammar and spelling), Maths and Phonics across KS1 and KS2.
My Experience
Over the last 25 years, I have taught all year groups from Reception to Y6 and am able to adapt my teaching style and content to meet all SEN. My experience also involves 1 to 1 and small group intervention teaching.
I have held curriculum leadership positions in English, Phonics & Early Reading, Maths and SEND.
