About Me
Hello my name is Rachel and I have been a registered childminder for a year now. I have worked in child care for 24 years. I have my L3 CACHE diploma, L4 leadership and management, first aid, L3 Safeguarding, health and Safety and food hygiene.
I have worked as a nanny in a private home, also as a nursery practitioner in a nursery as a room leader and in a local preschool as the deputy manager.
I am based in Hedge end, near kings copse school. I am married and have a daughter of my own. We are always out exploring the outside environment as a family and love taking our 2 dogs for a walk. We also have a pet guinea pigs and a tortoise, as I feel it is important for children to experience everything they can from a young age.
My Experience
I have worked in child care for 24 years. Within the 24 years I have worked as a nanny in a private home, also as a nursery practitioner in a nursery as a room leader and in a local preschool as the deputy manager. Apart from working in a child care setting I am also a qualified swimming teacher, teaching children and adult.
My Qualifications
I have my L3 CACHE diploma, L4 leadership and management, first aid, health and Safety, L3 safeguarding and food hygiene. I am also L3 SENCO trained.
