About Me
I am a trained youth worker and nanny, and have spent two years working with children, whilst part time nannying a 2 year old toddler. I also have a degree in English literature, and have run a mum and babies group, so have lots of activities up my sleeve. I love being creative with children in my care, and encouraging any special interests or talents! In my spare time I love performing at open mics and creating art.
My Experience
I am a trained youth worker. I have worked with children from 0-18, including running a mums and toddlers group in St Peters for two years. I also have nannied a two year old part time for a year and a half. I am youth mental health first aid trained, first aid trained and DBS checked.
My Qualifications
1st class degree in English Literature from the University of York. I have attended a variety of youth work training courses in my two years in youth work. These include youth mental health first aid, 5 ways to wellbeing, resilience conversation building and first aid training.
My Availability
My ideal job would be before school to afternoon (3:30 - 4:30). I am flexible with these times.
