About Me

Leaping Bunny childcare is a family run setting.
We are very passionate about providing a calm nurturing environment for children to be children while learning and developing through play and exploring, at their own pace.
We have advanced experience and knowledge in food hygiene and understanding allergens.
We are vegan as is the setting and care about animals just as much as we care about children.
We value big helper activities, play that teaches the children compassion, empathy, self expression, independence, and to give them the ultimate best start in these very precious early years.
We have direct access to a garden area with a variety of resources as well as very local parks for a change of scenery, nature trails and picnics.
Each child will get a profile (learning journal) where we will track their development and ensure that they are reaching their milestones and potential. They take this with them to their new setting (nursery/school).
You will also get a termly report of your childs progress in line with the EYFS.

Anya was so good with my daughter, it’s so hard leaving your child at first but Anya made me feel very comfortable and it didn’t take long at all for my daughter to be settled with her. I no longer need Anya’s services but im really glad we met her and our time with her was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend!!

Our two-year-old girl made a huge progress in just one month with their help, with a lot of patience and care... Our girl was not sociable and cried too much now it is unrecognizable.

When our baby Jot first came to Anya at, she was very unsettled but the excellent setting which involved play toys, water play and extensive activities, all helped Jot to be happy at last!
We are really grateful for Anya's calm personality, patience and professionalism as Jot was a difficult, clingy baby to manage.
She has been with Anya for almost 3 months and I would recommend this setting for helping us with our anxiety in getting Jot to settle.
Anya kindly offered daily settling in sessions to help Jot along and she happily, eats, sleeps and plays.
I would recommend this childcare setting all day long, without any hesitation at all.
I love the fact that we receive daily updates and photos of how she is doing too.

I could not recommend Anya and Andras enough! We struggled to find a childminder who was flexible and could fit our needs and these two are simply amazing!
Our little boy absolutely loves his time at Leaping Bunny!

Anya and Andras have been a great help for us from day one.
They have managed to achieve the impossible and keep our 4 year old daughter happy for 5 hours from the first day, now twice a week.
Both previous nurseries that she and her 3 year old brother attended have failed to make her stay for more than a couple of hours before she would cry for mommy.
We , as parents love the fact that we are able to receive daily updates and photos a written detailed record of what Maria and Danny have done that day and also an in-depth conversation at pick up if needed.
We know that Anya and Andras are also providing healthy snacks such as fruit throughout the day and a nice vegan lunch.
They also ensure that the children are encouraged to keep a good personal hygiene by making sure that they are washing their hands before eating and after using the toilet.
The whole setup is very clean and well organized.
The outdoor facilities are great and offer a good variety of activities and toys.
There is also the added benefit that the kids are taken by Anya and Andras from time to time to Anya’s mom, which is a long time established childminder. She has a larger setup and our kids can make new friends and spend the day in a different environment.
Also, thank you very much for the wonderful welcome presents that Danny and Maria received from you- the personalized bunnies with the kids name written on them are lovely.
We can honestly say that we couldn’t ask for more.

My son's first childminder and she made it the process very easy and comfortable and he got settled in one week. He was 19 months old when he started going to her and I was very worried about him as he hasn’t been to any nursary or to childminder.He is always happy to go there and I knew he is in good hands. I've had daily updates on his food, sleep and nappy changes. The house was very clean and my son loved variety of toys.
