About Me
Me, my husband and Son live in Silsden. I'm a children's nurse based in Bradford City working 8-6 or 10-8, my husband works from home. We only have the one car which i will use for work, so ideally we need a close minder. Our Son is our first baby (now almost two).
My Requirements
I'm a shift worker, ideally I need a flexible child minder or nanny who can take him on different days a week probably starting on two days a week to start off with. I can give a month's notice on the shifts (or as soon as they come available). My husband starts work at 9 and finishes at 5:30.
He's been diagnosed with a mild speech delay, we have a really great nursery who are super flexible and have worked really well. But I'm wondering if a smaller setting would be more beneficial to Otis to gain more social and communication skills. He is a real sensitive and caring role, who already has started taking part in some role play. He belly laugh when he is happy and he's just a wonderful kid (but I am biased).
