About Me
I am a qualified primary school teacher with over 8 years of experience. I offer high quality 1-1 tuition for children ages 4-11. I remain up to date on schemes of work, skills and topics being taught in each year group.
My Experience
I have worked with children of varying abilities and needs. I have a wealth of experience working with children with special educational needs. I have taught all primary topics for over eight years and have significant experience supporting children to reach their full potential. I can offer a wealth of knowledge to support your child particularly in their reading and phonics due to my time spent teaching Year 1.
I also have significant experience in improving your child’s skills in reading, writing, SPAG, comprehension, maths and problem solving.
I have a wealth of experience in EYFS, KS1 and KS2. I spent 4 years as Maths lead and created a bespoke curriculum, so I have a good understanding of how to improve children’s fluency and problem solving skills.
My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSE’s, 3 A-levels and a first class BA Hons Primary English Education degree.
I have also achieved my NPQML while working as a primary school teacher.
I am also a qualified foster carer and use therapeutic parenting to support the children in my care.
My Availability
My availability is very flexible and I will work around the needs of clients.

I can't recommend Hannah highly enough. She has been working with my 6 year old, who has additional needs and she's built a rapport with him so quickly. He loves his sessions and looks forward to them each week. Thank you Hannah 😊.
Overall
Hannah has been a fantastic phonics and maths tutor for my 6 year old. In just a short space of time my daughter has gained so much confidence and excelled in school, she looks forward to her 1 on 1 session and loves learning with hannah.
