My Experience
Hello parents and families, I'm Lidia, an Early Years Provider with Valuable experience.
I have recently become currently available for full time hours 40+ hours a week - ideally living out until June / July but LIVING IN from then onwards around the areas of but not limited to; general Kensington and Chelsea (Notting Hill and Holland Park), Westminster, St James' Park, Mayfair, etc. Ideally 1 child, two max, to ensure full high standards of attentive care can be provided, though don't hesitate contact if more children are needed.
My top priorities in finding a family are safe,
warm, friendly, welcoming, kind, families with good communication and mutual respect and respecting of boundaries.
Fostering secure bonds with children in my care is essential to the way I work. My approach entails nurturing, loving, and supporting little minds gently and introducing them to new and fun experiences together - I am all for new and fun adventures around London.
I currently hold three years of professional
experience with the Early Years Provision, the majority of which is held in teaching within Nursery settings (ages 0-5) predominantly based with babies and toddlers, though lots of time with preschool age also. I also hold Nannying experience based in Chelsea, London, and internationally with the same family. Travel within roles is a bonus!
Prior to my professional experience, I have been surrounded by children from the age of 8! I have babysat and looked after siblings and family members children between birth and 15. Whilst working in nurseries back home in Devon, I also babysat for a lovely family from the nursery I worked at with two children for two years.
Interestingly I actually have younger siblings
ages 4, 9, and 12 who I have looked after since babies.
