About Us
Townsend Montessori Nursery Faversham is a purpose-built nursery set within the Eurocentre business park. The nursery provides full time and part time care for children aged 0-5 years.
Located in Faversham, and opened in 2011 the nursery has five large, beautiful, and bright classrooms all on the ground floor with access to a large and exciting garden for the children to play in. The nursery has a natural forest play area for Pre-school children to explore daily, the children enjoy using this space to explore and learn.
All our rooms have a light and spacious feel, with a cosy home-from-home environment with a large bay window in the Bluebells room. The Daises and Tulips rooms, for our Pre-schoolers have access to two light and spacious rooms with their own door directly into the garden so children can explore when they wish.
As well as outdoor play the Pre-school children are encouraged to take part in weekly activities which include tennis, dance, football, yoga, and Rugby Tots. The nursery has a large family ethos, with all the staff more than happy to support and help each other whenever they need.
We are open from 7:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year (we are closed at Christmas and on bank holidays).
