About Me
I am currently looking for nannying/babysitting roles for the summer holidays! I am an artist who works a lot with children in educational settings as a teaching assistant and art workshop facilitator. I find working with children very fulfilling and it is something I give my all to. I have a positive attitude and make sure I am as engaging and attentive as possible with the children I work with.
I have found that art is a great way to engage children and I believe thoroughly in the importance of allowing children to access their creativity.
My Experience
I work as a teaching assistant in different schools across London. I have lots of experience working with children aged 3 - 10 years old. I have also worked a lot with SEN children, particularly children with autism.
I graduated from university last year, and I have been working as a teaching assistant through the agency Zen Educate as a daily supply. I have been placed in over 20 schools and nurseries across London working with different children. I have also been working as a workshop facilitator with school children and families - where I have set up art activities and given demonstrations.
My Qualifications
First class honours Bachelor degree in Fine Art
Distinction in art and design Extended Diploma (Equivalent to three A* a levels)
Merit in art and design Foundation Diploma
Up-to-date Enhanced DBS on update service
My Availability
I am free most evenings and some of the daytime during the week and weekends. I am currently looking for work during the summer holidays weekdays only, not weekends.
