About Me
My partner and I are both full time self employed business owners. Our industry allows us to be relatively flexible, meaning we've been able to spend almost everyday with our little boy since he was born.
My Requirements
Born in May 2022, our son is an incredibly upbeat, cheerful and boisterous young man. He is extremely inquisitive, loves look at books and playing pee-bo themed games with his cuddly toys. He is just up on his feet and seems to really enjoy heading to the local park for a swing or go on the roundabout. Of course, all parents say their children are no trouble, especially when they're seeking childcare – but truly he is an absolute delight.
We're looking for a female care provider for either 1-to-1 or 1-to-a-few childcare for two half days per week. Both Childminders and Nannies will be considered equally.
Aside from all of the obvious requirements; caring, punctual, reliable, patient etc, ideally, we would like this person to be familiar with Montessori learning/teaching methods and implement those throughout the care window.
At the moment we have childcare through family means all day Tuesday. We would like to supplement this with any two of the following with the scope for longer days with the right provider:
Monday: 10:00 - 15:00 (5 hours)
Wednesday: 12:00 - 17:00 (5 hours)
Thursday: 10:00 - 15:00 (5 hours)
Friday: 12:00 - 17:00 (5 hours)
With the right nanny/childminder we're very happy to build up a few hours at a time, or pay for taster sessions to make sure we're right for each other.
