About Me
I am Siobhan and I live in Weeley with my husband and three children. We also have a family pet turtle called Obi which I’m sure all the children will enjoy watching him grow as he is only a baby.
I have a large, friendly environment for the children indoors to access both adult and child led activities which include role play, creative play with plenty of arts and crafts, exploring music and movement, cooking activities and fine and gross motor skill practice.
I have a beautiful garden with plenty of space that includes many children’s toys and the opportunity to experience nature. As a past Forest School Leader I enjoy the children having the opportunity to explore the natural environment and following the child’s interest.
I plan to take the children on outings to enhance their learning especially visiting the woods, local libraries, Colchester Zoo, nature reserves and beaches.
I take my three children to St George’s Primary School in Great Bromley so I can offer before school hours with a drop off with collection with after school hours from the school

My Experience
I hold a BA Honours Degree in Early Years aswell as a Montessori International Diploma. I worked as a key worker and manager of nurseries for 12 years planning activities and experiences for individual children’s needs from 6 weeks old to 8 years.
I am passionate about providing the best care and experience for children of all ages.
My Qualifications
I have a BA Honours Degree in Early Years
An International Diploma in Montessori Teaching
Paediatric First Aid Trained
Current DBS
Forest School Leader Level 3
Level 3 Safeguarding
I undertake many continual professional development courses such as SEND and communication and Language
My Availability
I open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30am to 5:00pm all year round
I open Monday 9-3pm Term Time only.
I also offer opening hours through the Half Term Holidays taking 6-8 weeks holiday myself. My own holiday will be outlined for the year at the start of January every year.
