About Me
I am a bubbly and chatty married mum of a 9 year old little boy and a 2 year old little girl. I love to take the children out on trips and to visit parks, and I believe in children enjoying fresh air and learning life skills whilst having fun. I live in Istead Rise and am very accessible from the A2. We also have a playful cocker spaniel who loves to play with the children.
My Experience
I'm a qualified primary school teacher with over 15 years experience. I have worked in mainstream schools, SEN schools & a children's residential home. I was a Designated Safeguarding Lead at my previous position, and am fully paediatric first aid & food hygiene trained to keep your children safe. For many years I was also a private music teacher, teaching children as young as toddlers, and this passion to teach & explore through music remains - it's great for keeping experiences fun and memorable! I believe in letting children explore through the outdoors and have a garden as well as access to many local parks, play groups, soft plays and other days out.
