About Me

Childcare is something I have always had a huge passion for. It’s more than a job to me - it’s in my nature. I am devoted and dedicated to supplying loving care whilst making sure to meet the
well-being, educational and disciplinary needs and goals of each child, motivating
and encouraging them to be the best version of themselves.

My role;

Develop strong bonds with children through compassionate verbal and physical
interaction.

Develop engaging, stimulating activity programmes, following parent guidelines
to meet development goals.

Continuously exceed parent expectations by accommodating last-minute schedule
changes.

Teach children safe behaviour while crossing streets, using climbing frames and
cycling etc..

Redirect children to encourage safe, positive play, providing praise to
reinforce good behaviour.

Spark creativity and imagination by helping children discover new things
through play.

Model appropriate social behaviours, promoting empathy, kindness and concern
for others.

Maintain secure, child-friendly environments with engaging activities and
outdoor play.

Supervise children's play at home and in external settings, ensuring their
physical safety at all times.

Safely transport children to and from school, events and activities,
maintaining adherence to schedules to establish reliability and trust.

Assist children with homework and school assignments, offering advice and
guidance to build learner confidence.

Prepare healthy and nutritious meals to specific dietary requirements.
