Hi I’m Alice! I’m 28, originally from York. I moved to Tynemouth last year with my dog Percy. I moved here for work and I am currently completing the final part of my legal training in Newcastle.
I regularly work from home so can be quite flexible in terms of after work or before school care.
Babysitting can include the addition of household duties or animal care.

My Experience
I have babysat for various families since a young age and throughout my time at school and University.
I have many years experience taking care of children of all ages. I have 2 younger siblings and several friends with children, 2 of whom I am godparent to and enjoy caring for and taking on days out.
I have worked many other jobs where I developed the skills necessary for childcare, including as a pharmacy advisor for 8 years and in child protection services at the council for 18 months. I currently work in a children and safeguarding legal role.
My Qualifications
I am currently training to be a solicitor and therefore do not have specific childcare qualifications but I am fully DBS checked.
My non-childcare related qualifications include a first class degree in Law from Newcastle University (with a year abroad in Singapore), distinction on the Legal Practice Course, A*AA at A Level and 11 GCSE’s A-B.
I also have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Service Skills.
My Availability
I am available most evenings and weekends and could also be available some mornings.
