About Me
My name is Lu, and I started Wild at Heart childminding when I struggled to find a setting for my son that loved or could afford. I knew that I couldn’t be the only one with this struggle so I decided to start a new adventure with my little boy by my side.
Prior to this I was a deputy manager of a preschool. I am also a qualified teacher. I have worked in primary and secondary schools, specialising in Mathematics and SEND. I have also completed SENCo training.
My operating hours are Monday to Friday 7:30-5:30.
My Experience
I am a qualified teacher and have worked in primary and secondary schools as well as the early years. I have also completed extensive training with regards to childminding and sole working. Including paediatric first aid.

My Availability
I have very limited availability. I can currently only offer Monday afternoons.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £6.60 per hour
I will be charging a set fee for a full day or half day. This platform requires I put an hourly rate up but please note this will not be how I charge.

Lucia was caring and considerate. I found my interactions with her in advance of the evening reassuring- she asked sensible questions and seemed keen to do a good job. She checked in in advance to confirm everything, so I was confident she could be relied on. She arrived bang on time and was affectionate and sensible with our little boy. I felt really confident leaving her in charge. And she even left the house spick and span, which is an added bonus.
