About Me
Hello dear parents,
My name is Dorinela and I am the owner of Little Eagles Childcare. Little Eagles is a home based childminding setting, located in Isleworth Borough of Hounslow. We offer childcare services for children aged 1 to 5 years old. Our services will happen in non-domestic premises, meaning that our space is fully designed and built to nourish children’s body, mind, and emotions. Understanding how difficult is to find childcare that meets all your requirements, we hope to make this transition less challenging for both parents and children by offering the standards of a nursery environment with the flexibility of a childminder services. Our premises are spacious enough for children to thrive in all developmental areas. We aim to help each child reach their full potential before leaving our care. We are also registered with all appropriate local authorities to ensure the wellbeing of everyone part of Little Eagles Childcare.

My Experience
I have 6 years experience in childcare. I have worked with different ages from newborn to 8 years old. I have worked in nurseries and primary school as a teaching assistant. My experience includes working with SEN children too. Moreover I have the most valuable experience and knowledge working with young children, which is being a mother myself.
My Qualifications
I have a teaching degree in linguistics and literature.
I have done the childminding training.
I have a paediatric first aid qualification and designated Safeguarding lead qualification.
I also have completed the makaton language training (sign language)
My Availability
We are available to take children from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 18:00pm.

Dori and her lovely team are very professional and are always up to date with regulatory requirements like health and safety.
For your part, you have always kept us well informed of the activities that she has undertaken each day and have kept clear records of food / drink intake and nappy changes.My daughter really likes delicious food they are making.

The best of the best. Dorinela is such an amazing person, very professional and caring. Words cannot explain how amazing my experience has been and still is with her and her team. She puts all my worries at ease, she truly takes care of all the kids that are under her care, not to mention the place is spotless clean. She is very attentive and charges fairly. My daughter loves them so much. I cannot recommend her enough. Shame I didn't find her with my previous kids

Dorinela has been an absolute gem in childminding. Their friendly and warm demeanor made both my child and me feel at ease from day one.
They are incredibly flexible, always accommodating last-minute changes and available beyond typical hours, which has been a lifesaver for our family. Their caring nature shines through in the variety of fun and educational activities they provide, ensuring my child thrives.
Communication is another strong suit; Dorniela consistently updates me on my child's activities, giving me peace of mind.

We’ve just started recently, but so far I am impressed by how organised Dori is, from all the activities throughout the day and all the organic meals that she provides in order for the kids to have the diversity needed. Our daughter is very happy and she is always eager to go back. She pays attention to my kids needs and she keeps us updated with all the activities and meals through the day.

I had visited other childminders prior as I needed care for my 2 kids within a short space of time. Having seen others what stood out for me with Dorinela was:
1. the warmth of the setting where the children would be,
2. The clarity & organisation on how she operates, paper work and what she does with children
3. The cleanliness of the setting and the fact that it's non domestic.
4. Variety of organic freshly made food
Having finally decided to trust her with my kids, I don't regret a single bit. She kept us updated despite her busy schedule with kids, which we appreciate and it made us feel at ease knowing how their day was going. The daily fresh meals and snacks, my eldest despite him being a picky eater at home , he enjoys meal time there and talks about his 'school' all the time even to family friends. My youngest took sometime to settle due to her age however she now is enjoying being in Dorinela's care and is growing gradually independent. She's so warm and kind to the children.
I'll definitely recommend her any time, it's worth every penny trust me.

5 starts are not enough to rate Dorinela she is so well organised starting from the activities during the day finishing with meals, she is so caring kind understanding, and reliable, by end of the day she goes through everything all the activities my kids been doing during the day, my girls love it, they always ask when are we going back at Dori, very happy and highly recommended to all the parents

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful childminder for our daughter. She loves her dearly, and we are so happy with how well our child is spending her time there. Everything is well-organized, from messy play to various activities. Also provides our daughter with organic, balanced meals, ensuring she gets everything she needs. We couldn't be happier with the care our child receives.
