About Me
My name is Terri and I have been a childminder since November 2021, prior to this I was a stay at home Mum. I live at home with my husband and 7 year old son. We have a spacious, pet and smoke free home and garden, and live opposite a large park. I love looking after children and helping them reach their potential, learning through play is very important to me as well as getting creative and getting messy! I believe in finding the joy in everyday things, from looking for shapes in the clouds, to looking and identifying flowers to jumping in muddy puddles!
My Experience
I have been a childminder since November 2021, prior to this I was a stay at home Mum. I also volunteered at my son's school in Year 1. I have recently been graded GOOD by Ofsted.
My Qualifications
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in preparing to work in home based childcare.
Level 3 Safeguarding Children
Ofsted registered
Paediatric Infant and Child First Aid Level 3
My Availability
I have spaces free Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday term time only from September 2024, however there may be some flexibility so please ask. My hours are from 7:30am till 5:30pm. I am also available for short and long term contracts, term time only childcare (no payment required in the holidays), and, depending on availability, holiday care only as well. During the holidays I am usually avaliable 4 days a week excluding Bank Holidays and my own booked holiday. I do not charge when I am on holiday and there are no additional consumer charges (parents must provide own nappies and lunch/drinks/snacks).
