About Me
I am a mum of four children of my own. 15 year old son, 12 year old daughter, 8 year old son and 5 year old daughter. I have worked with children for the past 20 years. 2 years as a babysitter for local neighbours and 18 years professionally beginning as a student in college till university level. I started work in a nursery as a nursery nurse and worked my way up to other positions based on my circumstances throughout the years. I enjoying working with children and it is important to me to enable all children in my care to progress in different ways based on their developmental needs. I strive to make a difference with the pupils I have worked with and I am hard working person with effective communication skills and believe every child deserves an opportunity to play freely in an safe environment. I work according to a child's needs.
I am Ofsted registered.
My Experience
I have worked in several nurseries, mainstream schools and special needs schools. I have also worked as a tutor for secondary aged pupils who have special needs. I studied childcare right from scratch level 2 to level 6 Bachelors degree Ba honours in Early years . I have gained a good foundation of Early Years Education.
I gained some of my employment via work experience whilst studying Early Years Education. In primary mainstream schools I have worked with different aged children from reception to year 6. I also worked as a one to one supporting children with behavioural needs or special needs. In nurseries I have supported and cared for children from age 2 to 5 years. In secondary special schools I have supported pupils age 11 to 16. I have alot of experience academically and practically with children and I have worked in various schools to further my knowledge and experience.
My Qualifications
Ba honours in Early Years Education Top Up
Foundation degree level 4&5 in Early Years Education
BTEC level 2 &3 in Childcare and Education
NCFE CACHE level 3 Award in preparing to work in a home-based Childcare
Paediatric First aid level 3
My Availability
Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm.
Different fee for 7 to 8am.

your childcare requests.
