We are a family of 3 living in St John’s Wood. We have a 4-month old baby boy. We are young professionals working from the studio/office. I am more flexible with my schedule and can be at home occasionally
My Requirements
Working : Mon - Sat
We are looking for : a reliable, experienced, knowledgeable and organised nanny for our 5 month old baby - potentially someone who used to be maternity nurse or has generous knowledge of working with babies. Someone who is knowledgeable about babies development, milestones and how to make them flourish.
Someone who knows about routine and happy to follow it after our maternity nurse
Knowledge of sleep training and weaning - essential
Re sleep training - be in control of the day and food intake to know what is necessary for a baby to sleep well all the naps and methods of making him going into the 7-7am sleep
Re weaning - what a the best way to start weaning, knowledge of cooking meals from various baby cooking books (would be great of you have yours fav ones)
Following the routine is important
The person needs to be hands on with sterilising the bottles, washing baby’s clothes, cooking healthy meals and figuring activities for the baby - he is a v active boy
Occasionally a nanny would stay with baby overnight
Travelling with family would be great
We are looking for someone who would focus on baby, develop him and make him happy
We are looking for a long term working relationship
