I am a mum to one very energetic 6 year old, a Postnatal Doula, TBR 3 Step Rewind Practitioner, Antenatal and Hypnobirthing Instructor.
As your postnatal doula, it is my promise to you that I will tailor my services with precision to you and your family’s requirements, adapting to circumstances and in a manner that works for you. I offer emotional and practical services, alongside appropriate signposting and support options – we can work out together the services that I can offer to match your postnatal needs
