About Me
My name is Bushra Qureshi. I am an Ofsted registered child-minder and got Good in my inspection and live with my husband and four grown up children. I have been minding for the last 17 years. I started minding because I love and enjoy children who give me a lot of pleasure. I have lot to offer and give my full attention to the children. I Keep the Parents regularly informed about the progress & development of their children’s. I work full time Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm. I am flexible and assist parents with minding at short notice when required. I do drop-off and pickup from schools within my area.
I provide a warm, welcoming, safe and stimulating environment where children can play, learn and develop indoors. I do a lot of activities at home with the children as well for example panting, colouring, drawing, puzzles and a lot more. I have a wide range of toys, books, playing equipment and activities that are suitable for all ages. I have large garden with outdoor playing toys for kids.
My Experience
I have been childminding for many years and worked in the Toy Library, Crèche & Playgroup to support agencies in Roehampton children centre. I work as a Meal Supervisor in a primary school assisting children in nursery with reading books. I always take the children out to the park, library and playgroup to develop them. I do work closely with parents and am willing to discuss any issue that comes up amicably. The parents are regularly informed about the progress and development of their children. I am doing Teaching Assistant level 3 course.

I can't recommend enough! From day one, she has been incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to my child's needs. Her approach is both nurturing and educational, creating a perfect balance of fun and learning. My Jace always looks forward to their time with Nahid, and it's clear that she truly cares about the children she looks after. The activities she plans are engaging, and I love receiving regular updates and photos. It’s such a relief to know my little Jace is well looked after and receives the same standard of care as at home.

Bushra has watched our boys from when they were 1 year old and 4 years old. She is a very dedicated and loving childminder. The boys really enjoy being at her house, and have especially enjoyed baking, crafts and playing in the garden. Bushra has been great as offering pick up from a local school.

Bushra is literally one of the best childminders I have ever worked with. She used to look after my two boys back in 2018 aged 3 & 6 whilst I was at my old job. Her home is clean & free from hazards which is what all parents want for their kids. She’s respectful and has such an amazing welcoming family. She is absolutely amazing at communicating & keeping me up to date with how the kids are doing. Working long hours and being a single mother trying to provide isn’t easy and also finding someone to put your trust in to look after your offspring is such a difficult decision to make however upon meeting Bushra I just new she was the right person for the job. She used to drop & pick up 6 year old to school everyday and look after my 3 year old in between that time. I’ve never had any problems with her and my sons absolutely loved being with her on a day to day basis whilst I worked. She’s flexible and so understanding towards parents and knows how difficult it can be for us at times. During the holidays my sons loved to go to hers as she keeps them busy with many activities such as drawing, painting and also has a massive garden then can play in during the hot weather. Bushra I want to thank you for everything you’ve done for me & my family. I will always recommend you as my #1 childminder.

Bushra took care of my daughter before the pandemic last year, she is amazing and attentive. My daughter loved her so much and never wanted to come home when it was time for me to collect. Bushra would be free last minute when I needed her too and has been a great help for me while I have been working long hours. Due to the pandemic I am working at home but will be back and I couldn’t recommend a more trustworthy lady to help out. Her home is every homely and my daughter settled into a routine nicely. Thank you once again Bushra for your time

Nahid took care of my son on Monday and Fridays. She replied very quickly when first engaging in contact and was extremely flexible and responsive to meet on a short hand notice. I felt reassured by this and she sent me her documents. My son settled with her very well. Thank you for your help
