About Me
I have worked in Education for 25 years as a Nursery and Reception teacher. I have both NVQ 2 and 3 in early years and a B A honours degree in children’s development and leaning. I am now working as a part time nanny with a 7 and 11 yr old at Windsor Castle every Tuesday and Thursday. I also work with a 1 yr and 4 yr old Monday and Wednesday, but this will be coming to an end soon. I also have 3 grandchildren 6, 11 and 15 who I spend lots of time with.
I am looking for a term time job, although I will be able to work some days throughout holidays. I am looking for a job with job security offering sick and holiday pay.
My Experience
I have worked in a private day nursery as a nursery nurse for 3 years.
I then worked in a primary school, firstly as a Nursery Teacher for 8 years and then a Reception HLTA moving on to Reception Teacher.
I am now working with 2 children at Windsor Castle as a nanny twice a week. I also work with another family looking after a 1yr and 4yr old.
My Qualifications
NVQ 2 - Early Years Education
NVQ 3 - Early Years Education
Foundation Degree - Children’s development and learning
BA Honours degree - children’s development and learning
My Availability
I work on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Windsor Castle but can be free in the mornings, till 3pm red I can also work some Fridays up to 2pm.
This is negotiable and I may be able to increase my time.
I am able to work some days in school holidays with prior arrangements, but I do look after my grandchildren on many occasions.

My Fees
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
My current rate in my nanny job is £18 per hour plus .45 pence a mile for driving allowance.
