I am a 24 year old artist. I am self-employed so have a very flexible schedule and am often available for last minute babysitting. I love the playfulness and joy that children bring to the world and my approach with them is based in gentle empathy so we can have fun in a kind and safe environment.
My Experience
When I was in school (16-18) I helped out twice a week at the after school art club tutoring 11-15 year olds. I also babysat for a few families with 5-6-year-olds for a couple of months. With them my responsibilities were to make food, play games, read stories and put them to bed.
Since my cousin has had children I often help look after them (4 to 6 yrs). This includes the same responsibilies of food, playing & stories and bedtime.
