About Me
Hey, I am seeking a place for my youngest daughter who just turned 3, whilst she is waiting for an autism assessment, her needs are not significant at all, she is just bossy, bluntly truthful and likes order/routine lol ? she can at times struggle with letting others to play properly with her games and she may find it hard to change an idea she has in her head or at times sharing but she loves to try get involved (in her own time lol). She is fully toilet trained and extremely independent so she can get angry if people try and do something for her or at times if you challenge her (for example: by telling her that her shoes are on the wrong feet lol) and she does get anxious around strangers at first. However, once she is happy and settled with people, then she fits right in and is a loveable cheeky character who makes herself right at home. She is very good at expressing herself and is very funny, very clever and is a real girly-girl who also loves to baby people and to take charge (I did say bossy, maybe it's CEO qualities lol). She's currently in a childminders and has no problem there at all, it is a lovely place and she loves the staff and the children and is loved by all too, we are just looking to see if there is one closer to home and that can offer a bit more in terms of going out places and exploring as they don't offer that at her current place. My Requirements
I am searching for a childminder or nursery who has understanding and potentially experience of SEND but atleast understanding with abit of social anxiety, reluctance/struggles with change and a take-charge attitude (from her lol).
Preferably Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9-3 but could be flexible if needed. 15 hours would be funded and we would top up the rest.
