About Me
I can provide before and after school care as well as all day childcare.
I work alongside my husband Stuart who is also a registered childminder and early years foundation stage teacher.
We have 3 of our own children and a combined experience of 20 years of teaching and working with children.
We are passionate about learning through play and experiencing the outdoors, therefore if your child comes to us please expect them to be out and about for the majority of the time. Please dress for mess not for best!
Our typical week includes a nature walk, craft sessions, a visit to local parks or attractions, a visit to soft play and attending a baby sensory/singing and signing class and attending a play group.
We ask all parents to provide a bag with wellies, an all in one waterproof, hat and gloves, sun cream, wipes and at least one full set of spare clothes. If your child wears nappies you will also need to provide them. This is so they have all the equipment they need to get muddy, get creative and explore the world! If you don’t drop your child off with the necessary equipment then you will either be asked to come and drop it off to us, pick your child up or pay a fee to hire our spare equipment.

I have a wealth of experience of working with children and young people. From teaching to youth work.
My Qualifications
I have BSc in Human Biology
PGCE in education
Paediatric First aid training
Compulsory pre registration training.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Friday 7.30am-5.30pm.
Please note that we have a minimum of booking of two days per week at 8hrs a day to ensure your child integrates and settles into our setting.
We cannot provide any half day sessions due to the amount of trips we go on.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
Charges start from £6 per hour depending on the number of days and hours you attend in the week.
We go out on a different trip nearly every day and either have a hot meal or a picnic plus a variety of snacks. Trips and food are not included in our price and are charged at £3 per day.
Your holidays, any sickness and occasional days off are payable at your full rate.
