About Me
My name is Sam and I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in Wheatley, Halifax.
Since leaving school I have always worked within child care, I worked within a nursery setting for 6 years where I completed my level 3 in childcare. I then went on to complete my Foundation Degree in Early Years and my BA honours in Community, Public Health & Social Care. I spent time supporting children 1:1 within their individual development needs.
I also spent a year working as a Nanny for a family with 3 children within their home.
I have always had a strong interest in the development of children and believe the early years are a crucial stage to future development. With now having my own little girl it seems perfect timing to use my interest and knowledge to do something I love.
Within my setting I would love to provide your child with a safe and secure place to learn, develop and flourish. Providing them with opportunities to play and grow.
