We are looking for someone special to welcome and add to our kids wonderful caretakers that help us keep everything going!
We have worked successfully and wonderfully with professional nannies from this platform before. Some who we still work with when it fits and we also work with Claire at Call The Nanny. We are experienced working with nannies that are full time teachers as well as others who have nanny commitments with other families.
I am looking for some help over Easter break, especially from now to the end of the month as I am unexpectedly solo.
We live in Chicklade/Hindon area and our house is 5 mins off road from the A303 so please keep that in mind if it is right for you! --- Usually during nanny shifts, the kids are outdoors as long as possible or activity-based day out of the house.
Ideally love to work with people who enjoy healthy, whole-food cooking (minimal sugar, no processed foods), calm aura but energetic and active with a passion for nature/animals/music/outdoors/books+reading.
My Requirements
- Professionalism, enthusiastic and respectful attitude in the household and when working. Keeping the children's best interest always and maintaining a positive and productive attitude and energy when working.
- Lover of the great outdoors
- Experience with caring for multiple children at the same time.
- Confident with complete toddler care
- Experience with maintaining routines for children
- Able to stay ahead and active with a toddler -- being able to actively support and make sure there is more amount of time spent outdoors and physical free play than indoors.
- Enjoys cooking and preparing healthy, nutritious organic based breakfast, lunch and dinner children's meals
- Enjoys reading
- Enjoys music and dance
- Confident to drive and take care of children for a day out - to the zoo, farm park for example
- Proactive in keep on top of run of the household inclusive of clean dishes on dishwasher, laundry, general children's space and living area that they use is kept tidy.
- Comfortable to chat further about extra hours for date nights, possible longer shifts when one parent needs to travel and flexible with hours in case something comes up.
- Strong communication skills -- Savvy with sending quick updates/pictures/videos etc throughout the day
- Flexible and understanding as our family tends to have fast-moving, evolving and/or changing travel plans, some of which can be international. Both Dad and Mum have international based work and we relocated back to England from abroad. We usually work best with nannies and caregivers that have experience and understanding with high level traveling families.
