About Me
Hello, I am Krisztina an Ofsted registered childminder in South Ham, Basingstoke. I am a proud mum of an amazing boy (who is 3 years old), and a lucky wife to an incredible husband, who is just as passionate about children as I am.
We love to go for long walks to explore nature almost every day. There are slides, swings, playhouse, sandpit, messy play table, water play available in our safe and enclosed garden.
When inside, reading books together, painting, drawing, experimenting with play dough and other sensory dough types, doing puzzles, role play, building huge towers, cuddling teddies are popular among many different activities.
Attending some of the local playgroups couple of times a week is helping with the social development of the little ones.
My Experience
I have been a childminder since 2022.
Before childminding, I have worked as an Activity Coordinator in a nursing home for almost 10 years, where I was planning and organising meaningful activities and entertainment for the elderly. It was a truly rewarding career that enjoyed every day.
Before moving to the UK, I graduated from University as an art teacher in Hungary.
When I was pregnant with my son and was thinking about my future career, childminding seemed to be a natural transition for me, as many of the skills I have gained over the years are easily transferrable to this profession.

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care my daughter's childminder provides. From the very beginning, Krisztina has been warm, welcoming, and attentive to my daughter's needs. She always creates a safe, nurturing environment where my daughter feels happy and secure. The variety of activities and educational games Krisztina plans are both fun and enriching, helping my daughter develop new skills and interests.
I also appreciate the open communication and regular updates, which help me feel connected to my daughter's day. It's clear that Krisztina genuinely cares about each child and goes above and beyond to ensure they are well taken care of. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful childminder and can’t wait for our son to join her as well. Knowing he will be in such capable and caring hands gives us great peace of mind. We couldn't ask for a better childminder!

Krisztina was looking after my 2 years old soon for almost one year. He was always happy to see her . Krisztina is very friendly always happy ,understanding, helpful ,very creative every day my son was doing something new/different .Very good easy communication I was always update on time and she always had time for me to talk.🙂 I sincerely recommend her services❤

My son has been going to Krisztina for nearly a year and I've had no issues. She is amazing with my son, cares for him so well. He is always happy and willing to go to her. Never had any issues with how much information she communicates to me about him. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my son with her.
