About Me
Hi, I'm Lorrell and I have been a teacher since 2010 and absolutely love my job. I am passionate about teaching and believe that learning should be fun yet challenging at the same time. All children have the capacity to learn when lessons are tailored to them.
My Experience
I qualified as a primary school teacher in 2010 with a specialism in maths. I have taught in a Junior school for the last 14 years, teaching from Years 3 to 6. In addition to my teaching job, I have tutored children working at KS1 and KS2. My tuition sessions range from building confidence in particular subjects to preparing for the Year 6 Sat's and 11+ preparation. I have taught children with varying needs throughout my time in education.
Most recently, I have been working alongside children who are not currently attending school for a variety of reasons and tutoring them in their homes.
My Qualifications
I have a BA honours in Primary Education with Mathematics as my specialism. I also trained as part of the National Tutoring Programme (NTP) and have my certificate for this too.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Wednesday during school hours as well as after school. I can offer weekends and am available during school holidays too.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £30.00 per hour
I charge £30 per hour for weekdays.
I charge £35 per hour for weekends and holidays.
I offer face to face sessions and online sessions. Online sessions are £30 per hour.
I am also happy to do group sessions and would be happy to discuss the fees further.
