I have been a Kumon Instructor for 14 years in Handsworth Wood. I am an Ofsted registered centred which ensures I am held accountable to the highest standards. Parents also receive the benefits of this. Many of my parents use childcare vouchers, HMRC childcare account and benefits to pay towards Kumon costs.
My Experience
I have been an Instructor for 14 years. I absolutely love working with children and seeing them grow in confidence. The best thing about my job would be the lasting relationships with children and their families. I am often with children for many years and the children find our team approachable and determined to see each child succeed. In terms of success, our centre has a very proud history of being ranked highly. The majority of our children are working ahead of their school peers, even though many begin below or on par.
My Qualifications
BA Hons, PG Cert, PG Dip, MA ACC CIPD
All staff have DBS and extensive training eg safeguarding and prevent training.
