I am a 22 year old who is outgoing and compassionate. I enjoy helping others and making them happy, fulfilling their needs as well as keeping them safe. I always make sure I’m providing high levels of care.
My Experience
I work with young adults who suffer from a various different problems for example autism, depression, adhd, vulnerable young adults, challenging behaviour, suicidal, learning difficulties, deaf and blind. I absolutely love and enjoy my job! I have a duty to take care and make sure my residents are safe and out of trouble and help them to live their life’s independently and ensure they get all the support and help they need and the right team by their side to give them that support. Since I’ve been working at this job I’ve always received amazing feed back and have a very good bond with all my residents, I enjoy taking them out and doing activities with them and keeping them busy whether that’s going on a walk in the park or doing some painting indoors. I have worked with a lot of different residents with very different needs and I have always managed to successfully adapt to understand them and their different needs
