My Experience

This knowledge enables me to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. Moreover, I am well-versed in safeguarding procedures and have a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and welfare of the children under my care. I am familiar with identifying and responding to child protection concerns, maintaining accurate records, and working collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to promote children's well-being and protect them from harm. In addition to my theoretical knowledge, I have gained substantial practical experience in various childcare settings, enabling me to effectively engage and communicate with children of different ages and needs. I possess excellent interpersonal skills, which enable me to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
