Hi, I’m looking for a childminder for my son his 3 and have recently been diagnosed with autism,
I need someone that has a background in special needs, takes the time to understand my son as his part verbal can say words but not sentences!
Also someone that has a small group of children within there setting maybe 1-3 max if your not accompanied by another worker only working by yourself as he can be challenging at times! Someone friendly, caring and fun
