Hi I'm Caitlin,
I have over 8 years of babysitting experience and I have seen it all. I have babysat from 4 weeks old to 15 years old. Growing up my mum was a childminder so I have always had experience of looking after children.
From poonanis to helping with homework. I have confidently been able to assist families with any issues that may come up in day to day life.
My main goal is to always bond with the child so they feel comfortable and relaxed, which in turn will help guardians and parents feel supported that their children are in safe hands :)
My Experience
I've babysat for over 8 years for over 30 families. It started as being the "out of hours" for my mums childminding clients and expanded from there.
From this I've learned key skills, for example - bribery for potty training. Stickers go a long when you are two years old!
I've done food prep, bath time, sleep routines, homework, dog walks, day trips, bottle prepping, you name it, I've probably come across it. I've got a lot of experience with anxious kids.
My Qualifications
I studied my National 5 in Childcare whilst I was at school to help build my knowledge to help alongside my years of experience. I have also done first aid training multiple times
