I am a warm, friendly and positive person with lots of in-school and nursery experience working with children from 6 months upwards. I have a keen interest in child development, and my extensive knowledge of the early years curriculum and national curriculum help me to provide fun activities and focus on extending children's learning. Outdoors adventuring and learning through play are my strengths and I am keen to incorporate this with children I look after. I love to have a laugh and have fun, but also hold consistent boundaries with children.
My Experience
I have been babysitting since I was 14, and have nannied three times in temporary positions for a range of ages. I was a teaching assistant for four years across nursery, reception and Year 1 in a private school. During the lockdown I did some work in a nursery looking after key worker children, between the ages of 6 months - 5 years old. I also have teaching experience in Reception and Year 1 when I was undertaking a PGCE.

PGCE (without QTS) - UCL Institute of Education

I am available Monday - Friday all times, with some weekend availability if requested in advance.
