About Me
- Not looking for a nanny anymore-
We are a fun family of 3, living in a 3 bed new build in North London, next to the tube station of Colindale (on Northern).
Me and my husband work in big tech companies and revolve our day around our 1 year old daughter.
We need a professional experienced superstar to help us look after our 1 year old daughter for half the day, and mother's helper duties during the other half, for ideally 5 weekdays. We are flexible with hours if needed.
My Requirements
We are looking to welcome a live out nanny to our family!
The job starts in Dec ideally. 9-6 for 5 weekdays (but we could lower the no of hours per day if the nanny asks for it)
The main task is to look after my daughter and help with her developmental activities. She goes to the nursery for half a day for socialization. I would like her to stay with a nanny during the other half of the day and not be confined to the nursery for long hours. I will be home during this time too, working from home in another room. The other two rooms and the living room is spared for various child related spaces.
My daughter has an extremely fun / positive attitude, and is top notch sociable. She has been brought up with attachment parenting, so a traditional approach to discipline is not accepted (e.g. Forcing her to comply). We are looking for someone who is a fan of cuddling, silly jokes, developmental games, and gentle parenting.
When with the child, we would like our nanny to be fully present and interacting with her (not doing any chores or scrolling through social media).
The other half of the day will consist of cooking (for the baby), tidying, cleaning to keep an orderly home. (Bonus: if you have any level of experience with dogs that would be lovely. We don't have a dog now but might get one if the nanny is eager to help with one / has related experience)
