About Me
I love helping children grow. I love teaching and creating the best environment for a child to flourish. I am happily married and have two children: a son and a daughter. I’ve set up my home nursery to be inclusive and welcoming to all families. Our focus will be on learning through play, bringing the children together to be able to create relationships and to have an incredible amount of fun at the same time. My home nursery is close to local parks, schools, libraries and toddler groups. We have a lovely separate playroom, sleeping room and a large garden. l can provide home cooked meals. The fee includes: three meals, snacks, local groups and outings. We welcome all children 0-8 yrs.
My Experience
I have 7 years of experience working with young children and special needs children. I have worked as a childminding assistant in a childminding setting ,being a mother to a son and daughter myself.
My Qualifications
I have world class training from childminder agency, I have paediatric first aid certificate, food and hygiene level 2 certificate and safeguarding children in the early years.
My Availability
I’m available from Monday to Friday 8 am to 6pm. I can be flexible in case of emergencies or late pickups.

I have started to send my daughter to Mrs. Dee when she was 18 months old. Unfortunately at the start my daughter got really ill and kept on missing her days with Mrs. Dee due to illness. But Mrs. Dee used to call me every day to check on her. She was so caring and kind towards my daughter. My daughter had speech delays and could not express her feeling too but gradually she started to enjoy being with Mrs. Dee and her speech started to improve. She learned so much from Mrs.Dee which I thought would be impossible because of her speech delay. Within no time being with Mrs. Dee she knew all the alphabets, numbers, animals and their sounds , shapes and colours. She had always been engaged in so many activities which gave her confidence to do so many things by herself. I am so grateful to Mrs.Dee for looking after my daughter so well and being so caring towards her.

I didn't expect that my 1-year-old girl would become so attached to someone so quickly! she is very friendly and caring with children, both my 1-year-old girl and my 5-year-old boy come home very happy after staying with her. Thank you Mrs Dee 🥰

My little girl spent a few days at Nadeesha’s and absolutely loved it. We met Nadeesha whilst she was a childminding assistant at a different setting and since have needed some interim care. Nadeesha was extremely accommodating, flexible, kind and patient. Her home is a fantastic setting with a dedicated space for the children, with stimulating toys, activities, books and posters. She also has a lovely outdoor space. She tended to all of my little girls needs, including cooking fresh food, and having a good space for her to sleep in. She follows the EYFS structure and is very attentive to the needs of the children. My little girl has special needs and I felt confident she was in the appropriate setting.

My son gets picked up and dropped off and they have never been late. We can communicate easily and they help with education too. Good service and very friendly.
