I plan on returning to work March/April, I work shift patterns and will be doing different shifts each week but will be on a monthly rotation. I will be doing a 3 day working week but may be 2 days as I can work weekends and am looking for a child minder who will be able to accommodate this. Is this something you would be able to accommodate?!
I am now starting to talk to my boss about finding out the actual work rota so it's more definitive but just wanted to let you know a rough estimate.
