My Experience
I have worked in a residential child care home looking after children between 12-15 for a year. I help them to learn healthy routines, take them to appointments, help with schooling, and complete household tasks. Other duties include liaising with social workers and families and responding to safe guarding matters. Prior to this, I have volunteered at a music studio where I assisted with group sessions, one of which is part of the Youth Inclusion Music Network (SYIMN) helping a group of special educational needs (SEN) young adults with their individual and group musical compositions.

Proactive Approaches 4 Day Course - Focused on child development in context of understanding behaviour and following the House Model of Parenting and incorporating PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy) into behaviour support.
