Hi ?? My name is Aaisha,I am 37 years old and have always loved working in childcare.
I am a outgoing mum of three that believes in spending quality time with children especially in their early years of development.
I live in Rush Green Romford with my partner our three children and our cats.I am a registered childminder with a ofsted regulated agency.
I provide nurturing home from home quality childcare for ages 6 months to 8 years. Children in my care will receive quality stimulating play experiences both indoors and outdoors and will have the additional benefit of participating in regular outings to phonics sessions, the farm, the nature reserve, song and rhyme sessions and local parks.
I have always had a natural passion for working with and supporting children to achieve their best possible outcomes.
I have over 17 years hands on experience working within childcare as a Nursery practitioner/Room leader,Deputy manager,Acting manager and A1 childcare assessor.
Children in my care will be supervised at all times in a safe and secure environment and risk assessments and policies will be carried out and reviewed frequently to ensure that the safety standards are being maintained.

I also have experience going into settings all over London to assess the practice of a range of childcare providers from teachers to daycare providers and nursery workers as a childcare assessor.
I have hands on experience working with and supporting children with SEN.
And have experience with Montessori teaching.
