About Me
I am a parent to an 18 year old daughter and an animal lover. I have been working in childcare for 16 years. I am responsible, reliable, patient, friendly and fun. I enjoy, and strive to maintain, a safe, inclusive but fun and relaxed atmosphere. I have a gentle approach to childcare, based on empathy and respect, but will be firm but fair when necessary.
My Experience
I have been in my current nanny role, with 8yr old and 10yr old girls, for two years and my previous nanny role for six years with two boys; starting with the eldest when he was one and the second when he was one month. The eldest was formally diagnosed with ASD when he was 7 years old. Prior to that I had a number of roles in nurseries; baby room leader, third in charge, admin manager and I also managed an after school club for children aged 5-11. I have experience from birth to 11 years and of some additional needs such as learning difficulties and ASD.
My Qualifications
My relevant childcare qualifications are - Early Years Teacher Status,
Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People’s Workforce,
Level 2 in Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health.
I am First Aid trained and DBS checked. I also have a degree in Fashion (Promotion).
My Availability
I am currently available on Wednesdays and some mornings, as I work part time over mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri but will have more flexibility over the summer and from September as my hours are due to change.

My Fees
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (net)
I receive £18ph net in my current role but have some flexibility for the right role.
