About Me
My partner and I have been together for 15 years, and looking for support with our two daughters who are 2.5 and 5. We adopted them at the end of last year, and while we have a very strong support network, we are looking to integrate reliable, professional childcare / childminder for them as I start the process of returning to work. We would like support in place by the end of July 2024 as the 2.5 year old’s nursery is term time only and we’ll need childcare at least 4 days a week during the daytime in the week. From September will need 2.5 days a week cover as she’ll be back at nursery.
Most of the time it will just be the 2.5 year old we need help with as we’ve got her sister in holiday club, from end July. But it may be both of them on occasion.
The girls can be intense and demanding, and nervous of new people due to their history. But they are very creative, sociable, love animals, dancing, baby yoga, softplay, being outside, jigsaws, all sorts of things.
My Requirements
We are looking at getting support with the following.
Day childcare / childminding for the 2.5 year old, preferably you would also look after other children and she can build on her social skills.
Over the summer, we’ll need childcare min 4 days a week during the daytime. Roughly 8.30-4.30 but flexible.
